    When you submit:

  • STEP 4

    Connect with your CC Xpress Brand Advisor

    Your CC Xpress Brand Advisor will contact you within 1 business day (Monday–Friday) to:

    • Review your Brand Cart, artwork, and logo requirements (including any applicable royalties)
    • Confirm decoration method and pricing
    • Align on timelines and delivery expectations
    • Answer any questions

    You’ll be contacted based on your preferred method selected in step 3—email or phone.

  • STEP 5

    Finalize with Your Brand Advisor

    Once everything is approved, your Brand Advisor will finalize your order and guide it through production:

    • Final pricing is confirmed with your Brand Advisor
    • Production begins after approval and payment
    • Your branded products are brought to life

    From there, we handle the details so you can focus on your event, team, or campus.
