Due to the branded merchandise process and customization, returns will not be accepted unless products are damaged, or logo decoration does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

Refund Policy

Club Colors prides itself on the highest quality decoration standards. Embroidered and promo items are reviewed during several quality control steps before shipment. In the unlikely event that your logo decoration does not meet the highest quality standards, please contact us for proper resolution. No refunds will be provided without proof, and the original product must be returned in full and within 45 days of receiving the shipment.

Order Cancellation and Changes

All sales are final once an order is submitted, so please ensure accuracy before confirming your purchase. If additional items are needed, a new order must be placed. Items removed from the order will be refunded to the original payment method, if payment had been processed.
