All items are made to order and delivery times are subject to when the program closes, and/or facility production times.
Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground service unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs vary by product, weight, dimensions, and location. Please call our toll-free number (800) 249-2582 or email us if you have any questions or would like an estimate for a special circumstance.
International Shipping
Club Colors works with a 3rd party shipping company for all international shipments. Shipping costs are calculated based on package destination, weight, and shipment size. A $20.00 fee per package applies for duties and taxes.
Tracking Your Package
You will receive an order acknowledgment once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once it has shipped, including a link to the shipper for the exact status of your package. Rush Orders
If you need your order to ship sooner than the stated turnaround time, please contact us. We recommend speaking with a Brand Advisor to ensure we can meet your date — reach one at (800) 249-2582. A customer service representative will confirm shipping options and any additional express shipping costs required to meet your event date.
